—Sweden imported casting Machine with laser positioning (China only), constant Temperature& pressure, brings perfect even density, composition,

—Germany imported intelligent heat treatment control system (China only),even temperature brings higher hardness ≥60HRC and hardness gap core/surface≤1.5HRC

—Lower breakage≤0.3%, ＜ 0.3%,limited to 3000 running hours

—Lower deform Admitted ovalization for balls of 1^st chamber: within 15% in 2 years. better resistance, ball falling over 26000 times.

—Lower wear rate for both cambers :within 0.8 g/kwh for all grinding ball mill following a pre grinder (roller press or vertical mill) , clinker fineness above 1400 Blaine.
